Your IP address:
Enter 0.0.0.0 if asked for an IP address. Normally, this address is dynamically assigned at time of connection.

Gateway address:
This address is dynamically assigned at time of connection.

Name server address (DNS):
This address is dynamically assigned at time of connection.

Secondary name server (DNS):
This address is dynamically assigned at time of connection.

Incoming mail / POP3 server settings:
popmail.skypoint.com (for email accounts still on our OLD server)
mail.skypoint.com (for new email accounts, and accounts migrated to our new servers)

Incoming port: 110 (this is the normal default)

Username:
username (by itself - for email accounts still on our OLD server)
username+skypoint.com (for new email accounts, and accounts migrated to our new servers)

Outgoing mail / SMTP server settings:
All outgoing mail sessions MUST be authenticated. Outgoing mail settings typically include:

Server name:
smtp.skypoint.com (for email accounts still on our OLD server)
mail.skypoint.com (for new email accounts, and accounts migrated to our new servers)

Outgoing port: 587

Authentication:
for Apple systems - select "password authentication"
for Windows systems - select "my outgoing server requires authentication"

Your authentication username and password would be the same as for the incoming settings.

News (NNTP) server:
news.skypoint.com port 119.

NNTP sessions MUST be authenticated using your full SkyPoint email address and password.
